[miningmx.com] – ROYAL Bafokeng Platinum (RBPlat) recorded a 5% fall in September quarter platinum group metal production to 65,000 ounces owing to a 15-day shutdown as it replaced parts of its primary mill at the Bafokeng Rasimone Platinum mine, said BDLive citing a company statement.
An 11% improvement in grade offset the lower milled tonnages that were the result of a planned maintenance exercise, the publication said.
