[miningmx.com] – CHINESE investment house, Heaven-Sent, has made a cash bid of R637m for Village Main Reef, equal to R12.25/share which represented a 46% premium over the mining firm’s 30-day average price, said BDLive.
The offer already has the support of 35% of shareholders excluding Bernard Swanepoel who through his investment firm To The Point has 4% of the shares and therefore cannot vote as he’s considered a related party.
