[miningmx.com] – MILITARY tensions continued in Mozambique after government forces seized a second military base of former Renamo rebels, said BDLive citing a report by newswire service AFP.
According to the report, presidential spokesperson Edson Macuacua said the latest raid occurred on October 28 in Maringue situated in central Mozambique. “There was an exchange of fire but no loss of human life,” he is quoted to have said.
